I was born on Halloween in 1997 in Luxembourg, Europe’s smallest country. In my childhood, I was truly a sunshine kid: I talked a lot, loved reading and doing cartwheels. However, as a teenager, I forgot that the voice of my own heart was more important than outer expectations. Retrospectively, I can say that this phase of inner suffering and separation, which was classified as „anorexia“ and „depression“ by the medical institution, was a big gift, as it helped me return even stronger to my own purpose. In my healing process I discovered writing and yoga as liberating and healing practices. Sharing these tools since 2015 makes me overflow with joy. After finishing my Aṣṭāṅga Yoga Teacher Training in 2016, I decided to study „Indology, Tibetology and Mongolian Studies“ at the University of Leipzig, with focus on Sanskrit. These studies and travels to India helped me plunge even deeper into the experience of yoga and tantra, while fueling my imagination for creative writing. The discovery of Tantra helped me to embrace all aspects of my being, to affirm my body and sexuality, to value my feelings and celebrate being alive, as brightly as I can!
